By submitting a Business Listing Request for inclusion in the WAHMDirect Business Showcase, you agree that:

1. You are the owner of your small business, or you have the right to represent a home-based, party-plan, or online business.
2. Any content and photos that you submit to enhance your site are either owned by you, or you have the express right to display them on WAHMDirect to promote your business.
3. You are submitting a legitimate home-based, small business, or online business with a physical product.
4. Upon approval of your Business listing, you will send the required photos for the content of your site to WAHMDirect@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving confirmation. Failure to send photos for your listing will not result in the loss of your business listing privileges, but WAHMDirect reserves the right to choose photos from our library to enhance the content of your listing instead.
5. A marketing music video will be created for your business if you send at least 12 photos. The layout and music will de determined by WAHMDirect, and we will make every attempt to choose the layout and music that best fits your business.
6. You may choose to create an account with animoto.com to produce your own video. You may then submit it for use on your promotion page with the Business Listing Request.
7. You will contact WAHMDirect (WAHMDirect@gmail.com) to remove your listing if you no longer operate the business you have showcased. 
8. WAHMDirect reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant or participant at any time in its sole discretion.
9. You agree to comply with the specifications provided by WAHMDirect from time to time to enable proper delivery and display  in connection with your promotion page.
10. WAHMDirect makes no guarantee regarding the level of activity your business will receive as a result of promoting your business in WAHMDirect Business Showcase.
11. WAHMDirect makes no warranty, express or implied, including without limitation with respect to advertising, links, and other services, and expressly disclaims the warranties or condition of noninfringement, merchantability, and fitness for any particular purpose.
